Library Opening Hours
Our Library is opened from 8.30-5pm Mondays to Fridays
Privileges
Borrowing of books:
Pupils are allowed to borrow 4 books for a period of 2 weeks. Pupils are encouraged to borrow 2 English Books and 2 MT books
Loans of board games
Pupils will be allowed to sign out for board games after school hours (from 2pm except for Wednesdays) for 45 mins to 1 hour.
Use of computers in the library
Pupils will be able to use the computers for 30 minutes after school hours from 2pm except for Wednesdays).
Our Collection
The library has a collection of English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil books. We also have other materials such as:
- Reference Collection
- Dictionaries
- Encyclopedias
- Biographies
- Atlases
- Board Games
Etiquette in the Library
The library is a comfortable and conducive environment which aims to promote a love for reading and learning. Thus, pupils are expected to follow the following:
- Leave bags and water bottles at the entrance.
- Speak softly or whisper.
- Walk and do not run or play.
- Take only those books they need.
- Handle library books with care.
- Return the books borrowed on time.
