MOE Innergy Award – Commendation 2024
MOE Innergy Award is awarded to schools that implements innovations to bring about improved teaching and learning outcomes. MK@Cedar was awarded the commendation award in 2024 for the project titled: To what extent does a peace table support children in resolving conflicts in a peaceful manner?

From Peace Table to Toolkit — we put the power of resolving conflicts amicably into the hands of our K1 children. Through a hands-on toolkit, our little ones learn to navigate friendships, express emotions, and solve problems independently. Because the foundations of Social Emotional Competencies built young carry children far — right into the primary school community they will grow into.
Commendation | Move to Learn: The Power of TPR in boosting children’s attention and engagement
Our K2 children are learning on their feet! By weaving Total Physical Response into our Starlight Literacy Flagship Programme in both the English and Mother Tongue Language lessons, new vocabulary comes alive through movement, gestures, and role-play. The result? Children who are more attentive, more engaged, and retaining words in ways that are joyful and deeply memorable.
Kindness Movement
The Kindness Achievement award is given to schools in partnership for their commitment and support in spreading kindness amongst the children!
